Kempty Fall

New Tehri is the district headquarter of Tehri Gaehwal.Situated at an altitude of between 1550 to 1950 Mts. above the sea leval this town is morden and well planned.
The controversial dam is also being constructed here.Many N.G.O.(Non Govt. organization(s)s)and social workers and the local residents have raised finger about the disadvantage of this half completed dam.
