Purnagiri Tample
The Purnagiri temple is a famous Shaktipeeth . and it is situated at a distance of 21 Kms. from Tanakpur.The tample stands on the top of a hill. Piligrims have to climb up to reach the tample . Every year a great number of devotee of Goddess Purnagiri come to this place.A special fair is also held during the Navratris.Although all over the year the temple is crowded with pilgrims who come to seek the blessings of the Goddess.
