Back to 140 years in  1869. when Norman troupe, a restless British army officer landed in Ranikhet, the universal human longing in him for a home immediately recognized the dreamland. And with an urgent spontaneity troupe set out to build that dream that had been haunting him all his life. A home for himself and a place where his friends would frequently love to come.

Facing the magnificence of the sacred Himalayas at 180 Degree view and encompassing an enchanting sprawl of a 13-acre virgin orchard, the Holm Farm Heritage is an incredible combination of the traditional and the modern. This Majestic Bungalow has six comfortable suite ,log Huts and a museum like lobby with pinewood floor, ceiling, century old Hand painted wall paper, an antique piano , old colonial furniture and much more which itself tells the remaining story of the bungalow.
