 Baijnath (17 km):

A temple and the village of the same name is 17 km trek from Kausani. Ancient temples  of Shiva, Ganesh and Parvati and other god and goddess .The main temple of Baijnath dating back to the 13th century A.D.The beautiful old temple, artistically pleasing to both-the soul and eye.The Place cab be visited in the rainy season and autumn. The famous fair celebrated every year in October.


 Bageshwar (42 Km) :

On account of its location at the confluence of sacred rivers  Sarayu and Gomati.Bageswar Mahadev Mandir this famous Siva temple, claims another sacrosanct plus point for its sacredness and unenviable attraction for ritualistic prayers. Devout Hindus visit this to worshipping Lord Siva and offering pindas to manes at the confluence. So it is akin to Banaras in the performance of many devotional activities throughout the year.

 Nainital (120 Km ) :


At a height of 1938 mt. nainital is situated around the lake, which is shaped like a crescent. Surrounded by thick forests,Charming locales and elegant villas nesting in wooded slopes have turned Nainital in to a popular hill resort. Peaks surrounding Naini lake include Naini Peak (2611 mts.), Tiffin Top (2292 mts.), Laria Kanta (2481 mts.), Snow View (2270 mts.)



 Ranikhet (79 Km) :

Discovered by Britishers in 1869 this place offers a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayas, ranging from the Bhagirathi peaks in the west to Nanda Kot in the east. Ranikhet is definitely a tourist's paradise. Blessed by the Himalayan climate and beauty currently cantoment board  Kumoun Regimental  Center is located in Ranikhet.

 Patal Bhubaneshwar (110 Km) :
Inside the village in Gangolihat is a divine secret of Nature. The truth of Hindu mythology.The cave of Patal Bhuvaneshwar is like a hall after getting down 240 stairs .The natural rocks have taken the shape of the characters of the great Hindu pantheon, as if the gods had left their remnants behind after reposing in the cave.To and fro journey from Kausani can be made to this holy cave
